I have to admit that at that time my project was still “under development” with many open questions despite some very solid promising preliminary data. 

Nevertheless, my presentation received wide interest and feedback from the audience that really motivated me to further delve into the project.

This was also my first oral presentation at a “big” hematology conference where I had to deal with stress and excitement in order to deliver a well crafted speech.

Last but not least, I am grateful to EHA for awarding me a prestigious Travel Grant to support my participation to the conference.
